· Licensed

You earned the license. You don't have to suffer the clinical isolation.

Passing the exam removes the supervision requirement — but it often deepens professional isolation. Sistemo's licensed network connects you to small peer-consult groups, AAMFT mentorship pathways, and CE tracking — a dedicated room of peers without the administrative friction.

Why licenseds stay

Everything licenseds need Sistemo to do.

Consult groups that aren't a compliance box

Small peer-consult groups led by experienced LMFTs, built for the cases that sit with you after hours — not a supervision hour requirement you're clearing, a room you actually want to be in.

Mentor the next generation, or find one

Sign on as a mentor to associates and trainees coming up behind you, or find your own mentor for a specialty you're moving into — the same matching engine that paired you as a trainee, running in the other direction.

CE that doesn't feel like a chore

Continuing education built around actual case consultation and specialty deepening, not a webinar you half-watch to clear a board requirement.

How it works

Four steps from waitlist to your first consult group.

  1. Join the waitlist

The licensed-community tier isn't priced or open yet — tell us your specialty and state so we can shape groups around who's actually signing up.

  2. Get matched

Small groups, organized by specialty or caseload type, not just whoever's available that week.

  3. Show up monthly

(Or however often your group sets.) Bring a case, bring a question, or just show up for people who get it.

  4. Rack up CE credit

Log participation automatically instead of hunting down a certificate after every session.

Pricing

Coming soon — help us decide what this costs.

The licensed-community tier isn't priced yet. We're building group composition and mentor matching around the first wave of people who join the waitlist, not a generic price point.

Questions we hear

Questions licensed MFTs ask us first.

Can I bring my current supervisees over?

This page is about the licensed-community side (peer consult, mentorship, CE) — not supervision infrastructure for a caseload. If you're looking for a place to run your own supervisees, that's a different Sistemo surface — start here to become a supervisor.

Is this CE-eligible?

We're pursuing CE approval. If you need CE hours for license renewal this cycle, don't count on Sistemo yet — join the waitlist and we'll tell you the moment it's confirmed.

I already have colleagues. Why do I need this?

Fair — this isn't for replacing your existing network, it's for the cases outside it: the specialty you're moving into, the peer group in your area that's thin, or the mentor relationship you never got around to setting up. Skip it if your current network already covers that.

What does 'community' actually mean here — is this just another Facebook group?

No open forum, no scroll. Small, matched consult groups (capped at 6–8 members) and one-to-one mentor pairings, led by experienced LMFTs, organized by rotational case presentations, with attendance logged automatically. Same structured-matching approach Sistemo uses for supervision, applied to peer support instead of hour tracking.

Post-license I thought the isolation would lift once nobody was signing off on my hours. It didn't — until I had a room of six other LMFTs I could bring a case to.

You did the hours. You don't have to do the isolation too.

Join the licensed-community waitlist and we'll build the first cohort around who signs up.
